How long does it take to lay flooring in a standard living room?
For a 30-square-meter living room, tile installation typically takes 3 to 4 days (including screeding, laying, grouting, and skirting). Laminate or SPC vinyl flooring is faster, usually taking 1 to 2 days.
Do I need to buy the tiles or wood planks myself?
You can choose to buy your own tiles/wood panels, or you can select from our premium catalog. We will handle the procurement, transport, and complete installation accessories (glue, underlay, grout, spacers).
Why do some of my tiles feel hollow when tapped?
Hollow tiles occur when the mason uses poor adhesive application (spot-bonding instead of full-trowel coverage). Over time, these tiles will crack under pressure. We ensure 100% solid adhesive coverage.
Can SPC vinyl flooring be installed directly over existing tiles?
Yes. SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) vinyl flooring is rigid and can be laid directly over flat ceramic tiles using a high-density acoustic underlay, saving demolition costs.
